They will supervise the progress of your project and will also handle any questions you may have- you can be assured that you always have someone to communicate with at all times.

In the loop

We ensure that you are always in the loop with what or who to expect at your home next. You will have a personal Project Manager and a female Customer Care Manager whose role is to ensure you are feeling happy and confident with our service. She will call you on a regular basis to ensure your needs and expectations are being met.

Something for nothing

From experience we understand that the paperwork involved with a renovation can be quite difficult to keep together and that is why Spacebusters provide you with a document filing folder labelled according to each stage of your renovation. We also understand that not everyone is able to talk while they are at work or take time off for an appointment which is why we provide you with a Spacebusters communication diary which you can leave for your Project Manager to attend to and respond to.
